Physiotherapy Matters are looking to recruit a Quality and Office Manager. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in healthcare setting, operational management, strong organisational skills, and be flexible to the needs of the business.
Job Title: Quality and Office Manager
Location: Physiotherapy Matters, Arden House, Regent Centre, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 3LU and 50mile radius of this location
Salary: £18,000-£24,000 FTE per annum relating to experience
Hours: 30-38hrs (full or part-time – negotiable but flexible to meet the needs of the business)

Brief summary of the Organisation: Established in 2006, Physiotherapy Matters Limited is a dedicated to providing a high standard of service to clients suffering from musculoskeletal problems. Based across 3 clinics in Gosforth, Darras Hall and Newcastle City Centre, the business also delivers on and off-site Occupational Health services to companies, as well as on-site MSK services at GP practices for the NHS.
Purpose of the role: The role will be to work alongside the Business and Clinical Managers to ensure a genuinely exceptional client experience ensuring their services are managed within the framework of robust clinical governance, professional standards and the Healthcare Standards Act 2000.
To oversee and manage all administrative function of the business including developing and managing the quality and efficiency of administrative systems. To hold the role of Quality Manager for the business according to ISO 9001 management standards, Information Governance lead according to NHS IG toolkit, and assisting the management team in attaining new accreditations such as SEQOSH and CQC.

Physiotherapy Matters are looking to recruit a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. Experience within occupational health and private practice is preferred although not necessary.
Job Title: Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Full Time & Part Time applicants considered (Hours negotiable)
Salary £28,000 – £35,000 (pro rata) depending on experience
About the role
Physiotherapy Matters are looking to recruit a well-organised and motivated senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist to deliver quality clinical care for musculoskeletal conditions in patients presenting across our private clinics and within our occupational health contracts.
You will be required to assist us by continuously improving our quality management by means of managing, carrying out and analysing audits and patient reported outcome measures. The role will also involve responsibilities towards business development and may require you to arrange and promote the business at both sporting events and corporate wellbeing events.
Location: We operate across 3 clinics in the Newcastle upon Tyne area with our main base at the Regent Centre in Gosforth. Additionally, we also provide onsite services to a number of Occupational Health contracts. Your role may take you to our external sites but all will be located within a 50 mile radius of our head office / main clinic based at Arden House, Regent Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 3LU
Report To: Clinical Manager – Mr Nick Livadas
Who we’re looking for
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 4 years post graduate experience in Physiotherapy. You will be able to provide specialised physiotherapy treatment plans using well developed clinical reasoning skills for a varied caseload of MSK patients. You should be able to work under pressure and be able to manage your clinical caseload independently.
Experience within occupational health and private practice is desirable but not essential as we are also interested in what you can bring to Physiotherapy Matters.
Applicants should be Chartered Physiotherapists with HCPC registration.
