Sports Injuries
We believe that prevention is better than treating a sports injury, every sport has the potential to be dangerous, however with the correct education, you, or your team could help yourself avoid an injury. We provide classes to sports clubs and teams on injury prevention and correct warm up/down techniques for muscles.
However, if you have already suffered a sports injury we can offer you a rehab programme which includes a variety of treatments to help you return to your active life style. Whether your injury is as result of a certain sport, or general wear and tear from the gym, we have a variety of treatments that could help including;
- Pilates and Yoga rehabilitation
- Manipulation
- Soft tissue and joint mobilization
- Acupuncture
- Deep tissue massage
We also offer a Rehab programme following operations to help you optimize regular mobility.
