We provide expert assessment and treatment of a number of conditions including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Work-relevant upper limb disorders (WRULDs),<\/strong> including Carpal Tunnel Syndrome or shoulder &#8216;impingement&#8217; (also referred to as rotator cuff related shoulder pain)<\/li>\n<li>Complex pain conditions including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.physiotherapymatters.co.uk\/occupational-health\/conditions\/fibromyalgia-at-work\/\">Fibromyalgia<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Age-related <strong>musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs)<\/strong> often associated with an aging workforce such as arthritis<\/li>\n<li>Neck and lower back pain due to injuries, manual handling or poor posture<\/li>\n<li><strong>Repetitive strain injuries (RSIs),\u00a0<\/strong>including tennis elbow or De Quervain&#8217;s Tenosynovitis<\/li>\n<li>Prolonged standing and walking in safety shoes leading to conditions such as Plantar Fasciitis<\/li>\n<li>Post-operative rehabilitation following surgical procedures including joint replacement (total knee replacement or total hip replacement)<\/li>\n<li>Nerve pain leading to Sciatica (leg pain from the lower back) or arm pain from neck<\/li>\n<li>Muscle and ligament injuries caused by strains or sprains at work or outside of work but affecting work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Through health promotion activities, symptom management, appropriate return to work planning and working closely with employer representatives and other available teams (including mental health practitioners), our <strong>Occupational Health services<\/strong> are able to improve employee wellbeing, ensure legal compliance, reduce sickness absence and improve presenteeism, and help employers plan for the future in reducing the occurrences of work-related MSDs.<\/p>\n<h4>In order to provide an effective and efficient service, we offer a wide range of services to support your business both from a employer \/ line manager and employee prospective.
