Steroid injections can be used to manage inflamed areas causing pain, such as arthritic joints due to Osteoarthritis or Rheumatoid Arthritis, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel and bursitis. This is rarely a stand-alone treatment and should be accompanied by appropriate rehabilitation of the problem area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Women\u2019s Health Service<\/a><\/h3>\n

Women’s health physiotherapy can help with pelvic floor dysfunction, stress urinary incontinence, pregnancy related pelvic pain and prolapse, as well as low back and pelvic pain. Our physiotherapist will carry out a thorough assessment to help identify any areas that are contributing to pain or dysfunction and provide a rehab plan focusing on functional exercises for the pelvic floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Our gait analysis is suitable for runners of any level. The sessions are all led by a gait analysis trained Physiotherapist, consisting of video analysis which helps to inform a rehab plan including running technique tips, strengthening exercises and suitable warm up advice to improve performance, prevent injuries or whilst recovering from injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
