Golf Screening Assessment
A golf screening assessment is a tool that can identify physical limitations that can inhibit your ability to swing the club with correct technique. Addressing these physical limitations can make it much easier to implement any technical improvements that you or your golf coach may be trying to achieve.
Who will benefit?
A screening is appropriate for players of all levels and capabilities looking to improve performance and those who suffer from golf related injuries.
How can it help?
The results of the screening will help to identify any physical limitations that may affect the golf swing efficiency. This may include issues with flexibility, strength/power, muscle imbalance and proprioception. It will also provide proactive solutions to these problems that reduce the likelihood of injury.
What it includes
The appointment will include a detailed history of past injuries and current issues. A functional golf appropriate assessment analysing golf related mechanics. The results are then collated and the player will be provided with an individualised advice and exercise programme to rectify any issues highlighted.
