At Physiotherapy Matters we treat a wide range of MSK conditions for age 18 year and over. These range from chronic pain, long term conditions such as Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis, acute and chronic Mechanical Lower back pain, acute soft tissue injuries, tendinopathies, cervicogenic headaches, through to falls prevention.

In order to provide effective care, we offer a wide range of Physiotherapy-led interventions to be able to support patients and meet their individual needs. These include:

  • Telephone and face to face triage services in primary care
  • Individual assessment and treatment / rehabilitation for patients with acute injuries
  • Group based rehabilitation and self management for chronic problems and post operative
  • Self management and education advice and literature
  • Safety netting and signposting
  • Home visits for mobility related problems
  • Care Home or Residential Home physiotherapy
  • Falls prevention support, advice and rehabilitation

It is important that patients see the right professional at the first contact where possible to prevent long term reliance on health professionals.
