Who can visit our private clinics?
Anyone can visit us at Physiotherapy Matters. Clients can self-refer without the need to see their GP first, or clients can be referred through an intermediary company, insurance company or Solicitor following an accident. Please ring 0191 285 8701 for our current prices for treatments
Can I be seen if I have private medical insurance?
Physiotherapy Matters is registered with all major insurance companies such as AXA PPP, BUPA, Cigna, Simply Health, Pru Health, WPA, AVIVA, Standard Life and many more. These can be work or individual private health schemes. Ring your current provider to find out if we are registered with them.
