Danielle Young

Danielle is an experienced Manager with more than 15 years of leadership experience across administration, operations, facilities management, events, customer service, and business support. Since joining Physiotherapy Matters in January 2019, she has become an integral part of the organisation, leading the administration and reception teams while helping to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

In her current role, Danielle oversees the day-to-day running of clinic administration, staff recruitment and development, supports business operations, coordinates referral pathways, produces performance reports, manages customer relationships, and helps ensure the smooth delivery of services across the business. Her strong focus on customer care, communication, and problem-solving has helped maintain the warm, welcoming environment for which Physiotherapy Matters is known.

Prior to joining Physiotherapy Matters, Danielle built an impressive career in office, facilities, and event management, holding senior positions with organisations including Ubisoft Reflections, Turnitin, and Nigel Frank International. Her experience includes managing major office relocations and refurbishments, health and safety compliance, facilities operations, executive support, budgeting, payroll, HR, procurement, and large-scale event management.

Outside of work, Danielle has a long-standing passion for charity fundraising and the performing arts. Since the age of 18, she has helped raise money for numerous charitable causes through concerts and community events and has performed at prestigious venues including the Royal Albert Hall and Epcot. She has also shared the stage with notable personalities such as Sir Roger Moore and Glenn Close. From her extensive travels to her enthusiasm for cooking, family life, and socialising with friends, Danielle brings the same energy and positivity to her personal life that she demonstrates professionally.
