Welcome to Physiotherapy Matters Limited
Established in 2006, Physiotherapy Matters Limited is dedicated to providing a high standard service to clients suffering musculoskeletal (MSK) problems. The company launched from a Darras Hall Clinic providing MSK physiotherapy assessment and treatment to private patients 1 day per week, and has since grown into one of the leading private MSK physiotherapy providers in the North East. Physiotherapy Matters now delivers its services from 3 clinics in Gosforth, Darras Hall and Newcastle City Centre, on- and off-site services to companies providing an Occupational Health service, as well as on-site services at GP practices for MSK services for the NHS.
Physiotherapy Matters physiotherapists are all chartered physiotherapists registered with the Health and Care Professions Council who ensure registered professionals meet standards for training, professional skills, behaviour and health. All therapists have relevant experience and training in their respective specialist areas and have a comprehensive range of areas of interest between them – from sports injuries, scoliosis (curvature of the spine), Pilates, headaches, and many more.
ISO 9001: 2015
Physiotherapy Matters are accredited to the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management standard, having been initially awarded accreditation to the 2008 standard in 2012 and have since maintained compliance. In 2017 we transitioned to the 2015 standard and were successful at the first attempt.
