Clare Furbank

Clare joined the Physiotherapy Matters team as a receptionist and administrator in 2024, bringing with her 19 years of experience in banking and several years in hospitality. Those roles strengthened her customer‑service skills and gave her confidence managing busy, fast‑moving schedules.

She has a genuine passion for people and loves making everyone feel welcome — you’ll often find her chatting with patients in the reception area. On the administrative side, Clare manages our physiotherapists’ diaries, coordinates appointments and referrals, and works closely with clients to ensure visits and treatments run smoothly.

As a Better Health Advocate, she supports initiatives that help the team live out our social values.

Outside of work, Clare is usually chasing her two young boys around parks, building Lego forts, and negotiating bedtimes. Her guilty pleasure is true‑crime TV — fellow fans are always welcome to share recommendations at the clinic.
