Meet the Team

At Physiotherapy Matters we have a team dedicated to supporting older adults or those with long term conditions. We work both within our private clinics and in the community, travelling around Newcastle and the North East to visit patients in their place of residence, whether this is at home or in a care / residential home.

We have a range of expertise and experience within our team. All of our physiotherapists have chosen to specialise in musculoskeletal practice and those in the Older People Team have an additional special interest in care of the elderly and management of neurological or long-term conditions.

All Physiotherapists in this team have experience working within a private clinic environment, gym and rehabilitation settings, care homes / residential homes and in the community visiting patient in their homes. This range of experience means we can offer a physiotherapy programme tailored to your needs, in whatever environment is best suited to you and your goals.

As we age our rehabilitation needs may become more complex as we are more likely to have additional health or mobility needs that need to be considered alongside your physiotherapy treatment so our experienced clinicians will always take this into consideration to provide you with the holistic support that is needed to help you achieve your goals.
