Karen has been part of the Physiotherapy Matters team for three years, working alongside Danielle, Clare and Paula to support patients and clinicians alike. With over a decade of experience in the healthcare sector as an administrator and receptionist, she brings strong organisational skills and a calm, welcoming presence to the clinic.

From the moment patients walk through the door, Karen ensures they feel comfortable, supported and ready for their appointment.

Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors, exploring countryside walks and keeping fit.
