Kristi Bester

Kristi graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Stellenbosch University, South Africa, in 2010 and holds postgraduate diplomas in Sports Physiotherapy and MSK Injection Therapy.

After completing her degree, Kristi gained four years of extensive experience across community and private orthopaedic practices in Cape Town before relocating to Newcastle in 2015. Since then, she has worked in private MSK physiotherapy clinics, specializing in the treatment and management of acute and chronic injuries.

Kristi is deeply passionate about helping patients regain optimal function. She prioritizes understanding each individual’s unique goals, lifestyle, and recovery needs to create tailored treatment plans that deliver long-term success. Additionally, Kristi is a dedicated Pilates practitioner with extensive experience leading both 1:1 sessions and group classes.
