Massage Therapist & Personal Trainer
Sarah is a level 4 sports massage therapist and a personal trainer, also qualified to teach boxing, kettlebells, circuits and exercise to music. Sarah retrained after a 10 year career in finance at Nike as she has always had a keen interest in exercise.
Sports massage is a targeted therapeutic treatment not only for athletes. It helps improve flexibility, reduce pain, increase range of motion, boost blood flow & decrease tension.
Sarah uses different massage techniques such as myofascial release; a soft tissue massage that reduces pain and aids mobility, muscle energy techniques which uses stretching to increase range of motion and trigger point therapy to break down adhesion’s (knots in the muscles) in order to restore the body to peak function.
In her free time, she enjoys exercise classes, cycling & camping and has an interest in drawing & screen printing.
