Speedflex training opens the incredible health benefits of high intensity interval training to everyone. The nature of the training sessions mean there is very little impact going through your joints. You will be led by a Personal Trainer and your heart rate will be monitored through the latest in wearable technology.
Every individual is different and their goals, and capability of achieving them, vary considerably. The challenge with exercising post injury often lies in how to safely progress rehabilitation with issues such as poor balance, difficulty in controlling movement, muscular weakness or returning to physical activity after a long period of time.
Speedflex machines respond to your effort meaning there’s no weights involved, the machine will give back the same force you apply. This alone allows for a very efficient training session as if/when you fatigue, the machine will respond to the change in your force enabling you to elevate your heart rate and train smarter for longer.
