Following several sessions, the treatment has been totally successful! From being in constant pain and being unable to do anything, my headaches have stopped and my mobility is back to about 100%. I am now back at work full time and back to badminton and Pilates.

Very helpful! – I was diagnosed quickly and professionally. The diagnoses was explained to me and I was given exercises to perform. Beforehand the pain was slowing me down and making life difficult but the treatment has reduced the pain and I’m undertaking tasks daily and feeling much better.

I have suffered from knee instability issues for almost two years, namely anterior knee pain, patellofemoral pain and patellae tendinitis. Since coming to the Physiotherapy Matters clinic my symptoms have improved and I hope that I will continue to improve as my sessions progress.

I enjoyed learning a new form of exercise/ movement and my golf swing has improved tremendously. I’ve really felt the benefit. My Physio took into account my injuries and disabilities which was great.

I suffer from severe arthritis in both knees and have ostenil injections to ease the pain. I visit Physiotherapy Matters annually for Ostenil injections and have done since 2012. The injections give me relief from almost constant pain and give me much greater mobility. I thoroughly recommend.

Physiotherapy Matters has been helping me after operations to repair my broken left tibia and right ankle.
I would like to thank all the staff for their time and work.
I can’t thank everyone enough for making my experience with Physiotherapy Matters a pleasant and comfortable one.Michael Page
I was suffering with pain down my right arm for over a year before I arrived at Physiotherapy Matters. I suspected I’d torn my rotator cuff, but after three sessions with My physio correctly diagnosed referred nerve pain originating from my back. After three sessions I am now free of pain.
To anyone who is suffering with muscular or nerve pain: get yourself along for a consultation as soon as possible. Don’t waste time and money on lesser skilled masseurs.Chris
Thank you so much for seeing me recently, I felt great after the session, my muscles were not tight anymore and lots of (miles) happened after that. I went to Switzerland with Dave that weekend, I had a bib for a marathon (where I run my very first marathon 9 years ago), I was feeling great so I decided to start and see how I was doing. I didn’t carb-load, stretch or do other stuff you are supposed to do, I just took it easy. My aim was to run smart miles, and not hit the wall. No ambitions on time. It happened that I followed the 4:00 pacer, and I didn’t look at the watch at all, just put a foot after the other. I felt he was going quite slow, but I didn’t want to overdo it, so I stayed with this group. To cut a (26.2 miles) story short, I crossed the line in 3:59 and I couldn’t believe it! And the day after I didn’t feel any DOMS or other ache on my legs! Remember when I was desperate to run a sub 4:00 marathon? I just had to relax, have a stress fracture (!), and learn the hard way! Thank you for all your help this year.

I had a car accident and went to Physiotherapy Matters to help with my injuries. My physio was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, excellent in treating me and now I feel as good as new. Everyone is so polite and helpful, their management system is great, emailing you when you have booked a session with all the details. You are given exercises to do at home which is also emailed to you in case you forget the instructions, just everything about them shouts professional and thorough. Plus they are all thoroughly nice people. I’m actually a bit sad they are so good as I don’t need to go back anymore and I enjoyed my treatment. I highly recommend and will certainly be back the next time I need physio.

After a road traffic accident my insurance company referred me to Physiotherapy Matters, I was offered acupuncture I must admit I really didn’t think it would work but I have found such a difference. All members of staff are great and very friendly. A nice clean place to visit with good parking. I would recommend it to anyone.

I would like to thank all the staff for their time and work. Every visit was a boost to my confidence in starting to walk unaided again and getting back to my basic daily tasks.

He was very friendly, put you at ease straight away and made sure you were in the correct position etc. He was was really engaging and got everyone motivated.

I booked an appointment with you on 27th November, I have no issues now and I do hope I keep this way till then but I have a run in mind and I like to be checked out before I take the plunge… well, Dave is going away on business early December, and it happens that there is a marathon that week where he goes, so I decided to empty my savings and go with him. And as I am convinced that the physiotherapy last month helped me a lot to finish my 15th marathon one year after having diagnosed with the stress fracture, I have booked a session with you to make sure my muscles are ok and to release any tension. Did I tell you that the marathon will be at 30 degree Celsius and 85% humidity? I won’t need to warm up, I suppose.
Have a good week and see you at the end of November.Stef
