ISO 9001: 2015 Matters
September 13, 2017
Physiotherapy Matters are delighted to share the news that we have recently been accredited to the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management standard following an independent audit. Physiotherapy Matters were initially awarded accreditation to the 2008 standard 5 years ago and have since maintained compliance with the standards after annual assessments. This year the business transitioned to the 2015 standard and were successful at the first attempt.
What is quality management and ISO 9001?
An ISO 9001 quality management system helps us to continually monitor and manage quality across the business so we can identify areas for improvement. Internationally, it is the quality system of choice!
About ISO 9001 Quality Management
ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised Quality Management System (QMS) standard that can benefit any size organisation. Designed to be a powerful business improvement tool, ISO 9001 Quality Management certification can help us to:

- Work effectively with stakeholders and our supply chain
Now that we have achieved certification we will hold the accredited status for three years pending completion of annual review audits.

“Our recent transition to the ISO 9001: 2015 standard reflects our commitment to offering excellent clinical services and developing a business that is capable of sustainable future growth.
